Dr. Beard is a national nurse leader and educator with over 20 years of experience helping students pass the NCLEX. Her innovative style of teaching has improved the NCLEX-RN pass rate for several nursing programs! Students rave about her ability to help them understand and apply difficult concepts. She recently designed a software app, NCircle, to help all nursing students pass the NCLEX.
